HOLY TRINITY GREEK ORTHODOX CHURCH Ambridge, PA The founders of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church of Ambridge were immigrants who faced difficulties making their way in a strange new country. On October 8, 1916, they established the Holy Trinity community, with church services conducted in the Russian church Hall. Three years later, The Holy Trinity Church was erected on Maplewood Avenue. Sixty years later in 1979, Holy Trinity moved to its present location, 2930 Beaver Road, Ambridge. Our goal at Holy Trinity Church is to continue to grow and prosper and carry on the work of Jesus Christ. Children are taught about their faith and culture in Sunday School and through youth programs like Jr. Orthodox Youth and Greek Orthodox Youth of America. The Hellenic Dance Troupe allows all ages to learn Greek dancing and participate at local events. The church heritage is also celebrated with participation in Nationality Days as well as our own festival in July. Current membership is 300 families and growing.
